SDNXT is a social network for people building a life across borders — students, migrants, and the education agents, migration agents, counselors and institutions who help them. Share posts and stories, message and call, go live, and support the people you follow, all in one place.

Yes. Signing up, posting, watching lives, and messaging and calling your friends are all free. Coins are only needed for extras: sending gifts, joining someone’s Space, and messaging or calling experts who charge for their time.

Anyone can join as a User. Education agents, migration agents and institutions sign up with a business account, which our team reviews and verifies. Counselors join through the education agent they work with.

The SDNXT app for iPhone and Android is on its way to the App Store and Google Play. Until then, sdnxt.app works fully in your phone’s browser.

On the login page, choose “Forgot password”, enter your email, and we’ll send you a link to set a new one.

Posts with words, photos or a video, and stories that disappear after 24 hours. Your profile shows your posts, photos and videos in one place.

A Page is a profile for a business, organisation or community. You can create Pages, post as a Page, and message people on its behalf — useful for an agency or a student club.

You decide, detail by detail: Public, Friends or Only me. Set it in Settings → Account.

Friends can message each other freely. A message to someone who isn’t your friend arrives as a message request — once they accept it, you’re friends. You can always message an expert: an agent, a counselor or an institution.

Counselors and migration agents can set a price in coins per message and per minute of a call — it’s how they’re paid for their time, and you’ll see it before you pay. Their friends message and call them for free, and education agents and institutions are always free to contact.

Yes — one-to-one voice and video calls, and group calls in group chats. Calls with friends are free.

Tap the + button and choose Go Live, add a title, check your camera, and start. Your followers can find you on the live rail at the top of the feed.

Viewers watch, comment and send gifts. Hosts can invite co-hosts on stage, change the stage layout, and take on another live in a PK battle, where gifts decide the winner.

Hosts can mute or remove anyone in their live. Viewers can report a live or block its host from the ••• menu.

A Space is a creator’s private corner of SDNXT — exclusive posts only for the members who join it.

Open the creator’s profile and slide to enter their Space. Joining costs a monthly price in coins, set by the creator. Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

In the SDNXT app, screenshots and screen recording are blocked in Spaces on Android. On iPhone, where Apple doesn’t let apps block them, a Space comes out blank in screenshots and recordings.

Coins are SDNXT’s currency for gifts, Spaces, and paid messages and calls. They live in your Wallet.

On the web, open Wallet and top up by card (in Bhutan, through RMA) — you get about 70 coins for every US$1. In the SDNXT app, you buy coin packs through the App Store or Google Play.

People send you gifts on your posts and lives, join your Space, or — for counselors and migration agents — pay for your messages and calls. A platform fee is taken from each earning; you can see it on every entry in your Wallet.

From your Wallet, request a cash-out to your bank account — the minimum is 1,000 coins. You may be asked to verify your payout details first. Our team reviews every request before it’s paid, and you’re notified at each step.

Use the ••• menu on a post, comment, profile, message or live. Reports go to our moderation team, and blocking stops someone from contacting you.

Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings → Security, where you can also see your recent login activity. In the app, you can sign in with Face ID or your fingerprint.

Go to Settings → Security → Delete Account. Your account is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind — log back in during that time to restore it. After that, it’s permanently deleted.
